Riding Lessons
Whether you are a beginner or have been riding for years, we offer riding instruction for all experience levels. Riding strengthens many areas of physical health including strength, core stability, cardio, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. It also has many mental health benefits, such as relaxation, stress management, and strengthening quick thinking and adaptability skills. The lesson barn is a social place, and we offer individual and group lessons so that riders can focus on individual goals, as well as strategy while riding with others. Our riders support and encourage each other, and create friendships that last forever. Our lessons are 30 minutes long and focus on the development of equestrian skills, from basic horsemanship to advanced equitation. Mandy works with each rider to discover their goals and develop a game plan to reach those goals.
Come ride with us - your first lesson is always free! We will supply everything you need for your first couple lessons, but please be sure to wear boots with a heel to ride. After 60 days, we will require students to buy their own boots, helmet, gloves, riding pants, and stirrups.
We also offer "tiny-tot" lessons for children as young as 3 years of age, and special needs riding lessons. Contact us for more information!
